To send templates via email or SMS you will need to create these templates in your content library and follow the steps below to send to patients.
Please note:
- selecting the 'Template' drop down is choosing from the Content Library. These available for use on both Emails and SMSs, however SMSs will be converted to plain text.
- selecting from the 'SMS Template' drop down is choosing from the SMS Templates menu. These are only available for use with SMSs.

Send from Patient Record
Step 1. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> from the action bar select Send Message -> either SMS or Email -> select the template from the content library -> Send

Step 2. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Messages -> click on the 3 dots next to the message you want to reply to (either email or SMS) and open the sidebar menu -> select Reply -> select the template from the content library -> Send

Step 3. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Consultations -> click on the 3 dots next to the prescription you want to send and open the sidebar menu -> select either Email or SMS Prescription -> select the template from the content library -> Send

Step 4. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Finances -> click on the 3 dots next to the Invoice you want to send and open the sidebar menu -> select either Email or SMS Prescription -> select the template from the content library -> Send
