In the video and image below, we show you the Patient Consultations tab, including Treatment Notes and Prescriptions.
On the Consultations tab you will find Treatment Notes and Prescription have been consolidated. From here you can:
- Add a new treatment note or prescription -> by selecting the add new button in each section or selecting create from the action bar
- View existing treatment notes and prescriptions -> by selecting the view button next to each record
- By clicking on the row of each record, you can complete other handy actions in the sidebar. For example,
For treatment notes you can
- Select delete, please remember this action cannot be undone so be sure before you select delete
For prescriptions you can:
- email or sms the prescription using content blocks as templates
- Invoice the prescription
- Delete the prescription, but only if it hasn’t already been invoiced. Invoiced prescriptions cannot be deleted.
