Service Options can be additional or optional services that a practitioner may want to perform for a patient. Service Options are usually small tasks which may need additional time added to the usual consultation duration, and the Diary will be updated accordingly to allow for this additional time.
Please note Service Options can only be added to appointments added to the diary, they cannot be booked as part of making an online booking.
Service Options might include:
- Iridology
- Meal Plans
- Live blood analysis (Hemaview)
- VLA or bio-impedance testing
- Oligoscan
- In-clinic food sensitivity testing (such as Food Detective etc)
- or any other testing required.
Step 1: Select Services from the left hand main menu -> select the service you wish to add an option to -> enter the name and duration of the extra service -> select Add -> Save the service. Repeat this for as many options as you need to add.
- if the extra service will not need extra time, enter 0 for the duration
- if the extra service costs extra, you will need to create an invoice item and add this to an invoice
