After having an initial consultation with a patient, you may decide that they need multiple follow ups and want to give them a discount for buying a bundle of them upfront. 


In this case, you will most likely create an invoice for the bundle and get the patient to pay online or in person. Once paid for, the follow up consultation entitlements will show on the patient record and the patient will be able to book themselves in for those services without having to pay again. 


You can also add the bundle link to your website or social media for your regular clients to purchase. When you add it to your website, make sure to add information on how the bundle works and what the next steps are for the patient. Make it really easy for them to be able to book the right service as soon as they purchase the bundle.


Use content blocks to create email templates that you can send to patients, for example to advise them of the next steps.

You may like to offer clients a bundle that includes a test kit, e.g. HTMA, Food Intolerances, and a consultation to go through the results.
