When your client's access their prescription online via email or through the Patient Portal, they can order supplements for pick up or delivery. If you are not familiar with this feature, please click here.


Follow the steps below to enable or disable the pick up option for online ordering.

1. Go to Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Prescription Settings -> Allow pickup from clinic -> toggle to YES to show the option or NO to not show this option on the prescription order screen.
