View Videos
Step 1. View Videos: from the Dashboard -> select Content -> Video Library -> here you will see a list of already uploaded videos and be able to upload new videos. Videos are listed in alphabetical order.
Video upload status: Each video will show a status depending on whether the upload and conversion is:
- not started = no video has been added
- progress = video has been uploaded and conversion is in progress
- complete = video is uploaded and conversion is complete and it is ready to use in programs or prescriptions.
Conversion is done on each uploaded video to standardise and optimise each video when shown in programs and prescriptions, as videos may have been created and edited differently. Longer videos will take longer to upload and convert.
In the upload process you will be charged for the upload and conversion, this is a one off fee.
By clicking on each video you can see the date and time the video was uploaded and the status of the conversion.

Videos in the Patient Portal
Videos viewed from the patient portal will show inline but also be available from a link at the top of the video 'View Full Size' - which will open the video outside of the patient portal. Videos will then play back at the maximum quality they can depending on the screen dimensions, screen size, aspect ratio, and internet connection speed of the person viewing the video.
The new link that is opened is not a permanent link, meaning it cannot be shared this way, it will expire 1 hour after loading from the Patient Portal.
