You can chat with your patients through the Patient Portal. Praccies will get an email notification when a patient sends a message.

How patients use Chat
1. Log into Patient Portal -> select Chat from the main dashboard menu.
2. Select a chat from the list for a full history and to respond:

4. Log in to your SimpleClinic practitioner application -> select Chat from the main left hand menu -> select the patient name from the list to see the history and to respond.
Start Chat from Activity Feed
5. The praccie can also start a new chat from the Activity Feed
