From the SimpleClinic practitioner app, you can now view patient activities performed in the Patient Portal and chat directly to your patients.
1. Log into the SimpleClinic practitioner app -> select Activity Feed from the left hand main menu -> filter on the left hand side as needed to view activity.
2. Select the Chat button to start a new chat with the patient. See more information on Chat function here.
3, Select the magnifying glass to view the patient record.
Examples of items listed in activity feed:
- course accessed by patient in patient portal
- lesson completed by patient in patient portal
more activity items will be added over time.
