To create a herbal cream in the SimpleClinic inventory, this will depend on the visibility you want for stock usage.
Option 1) - Selling as a stand alone item.
Go to Inventory -> Items -> Add
Name: Custom Herbal Cream Mix
Category: Herbal Cream
Supplier: Your clinic name
Cost: Same as sell.
Sell: How much you sell the mix for.
Size: how big is the container?
Tax Settings: Is it GST free or GST inc?
Type: Supplement
Option 2) - Adding ingredients used for stock control.
Go to Inventory -> Items -> Add
Name: Custom Herbal Cream Mix
Category: Herbal Cream
Supplier: Your clinic name
Cost: Same as sell.
Sell: How much you sell the mix for.
Size: how big is the container?
Tax Settings: Is it GST free or GST inc?
Type: Compounding
Container: Yes.
Going with this option means that you will need to have the herbal cream items set up as COMPOUNDING items. You will not be able to use items in the inventory that have been set up as a LIQUID HERBAL.
