Before uploading your course to Programs, you will first need to create your content, images and videos separately:

Decide on a name for your program

Decide on the duration, will this be a 4 week, 6 week or longer program?

Will the course material be delivered immediately, drip delivery or a combination of both?

Once your duration is decided, you can break up your course material into lessons for each week. (i.e Week 1 Welcome, Week 2 First Topic etc.)

After breaking the material up into lessons, you will need decide what resources will be sent with each lesson. (i.e Diet Diary, Life audit, meditation guide etc).

Will the lessons be delivered through video, text only or a combination of both?

You will need to create the lesson overview and email content to be sent each week.

Set your program price and payment options (i.e upfront, two part, ongoing DDR etc.)

If you haven't already, connect a payment gateway to SimpleClinic to collect payment. Integrated payment options are here

✅ Add your course price/s to your inventory -> items -> add (Steps here.)

Create a banner image to advertise your program, this image must be 1800 x 600px RECTANGULAR

Create a featured image to show in the patient portal for your program, this image must be 450 x 450px SQUARE.

Type up your course introduction/course summary, this is best kept to 100 words or less.

(Optional) After you have decided on your course material, you can create a landing page on your website, for clients to enquire/express interest in the course. Your client could also book for a 10 minute session through your online booking for you to enrol them in the course. See example of landing page here

(Optional) The landing page will be where you go into detail on what is offered in the course and encouraging clients to enrol in your program.

If you are adding videos to your program, it's time to get recording! Videos can have content included from PowerPoint slides and a voice over, a video of you presenting the information etc.

You can use programs such as Zoom, Loom, Snagit, Vimeo and many others to record your videos.

Once recorded, your videos will need to be uploaded to a platform either Vimeo or the SimpleClinic Video Library. To use Vimeo you will need to create an account with Vimeo first, to do so click here

(Vimeo gives you the control to lock down the privacy of your video with password protection so your content can't be easily accessed outside of the course and to use this content elsewhere. To review the suggested privacy settings, please click here.)

✅ Clients access their course material from Patient Portal. You will need to enable Patient Portal from your integrations first, to do this click here.

Once ALL your course content has been created, you can now upload and create your course in SimpleClinic. To do this, click here.
