If you have recently integrated MailChimp, MailerLite or ActiveCampaign on your SimpleClinic account, not all of your clients will be in your mailing list. To ensure your clients get your newsletters, promotions and updates - follow the below steps:
1) Go to report centre
2) Under Marketing Report
3) Select New Patients
4) Change the date range back to when you started using SC to pick up all clients in the system
5) Click RUN
6) Download as CSV
7) Open your marketing platform and go to the client section
8) Both MC and AC will have options to import clients
9) Select to import from a file and choose the patient export in your downloads
10) Follow the prompts to import contacts, choose the mailing list to upload them to etc.
