Under Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Prescription Settings, you have the ability to set your chosen expiry date for any herbals or compounds you dispense in clinic.
The default will be 3 months, however you can select from 1 month up to 12 months. After making your selection, click SAVE.
This expiry date is for the whole formula you have dispensed, not the individual ingredients. Expiry and batch for ingredients are entered by creating an Order.
Once you have prescribed and invoiced for a liquid herbal/compound, you can print your label from the invoice screen.
The expiry date will appear as below:
In this example, the expiry date is 3 months from the date of dispensing.
