SimpleClinic does not currently support the sending of international SMS messages other than for NZ and Australia, due to billing and cost issues.
Any international clients with international contact numbers will not receive confirmation or reminder SMS messages.
You will not be charged for the SMS as it will be dropped by the system as it is not a recognised format.
Please use email messages for these patients.
