To record notes for a follow up appointment, select Patients -> Search and select a patient record -> Record -> VM Spectrum.
From here, you can record your notes in the spectrum, review any changes since last appointment etc.
From within the spectrum, you will follow the usual process of Spectrum -> Coda -> Care Plan -> Prescription.
Ensure to save each of these sections in the top right hand corner.
