This article shows how you can edit the hours (and locations) that a practitioner is available. 


To change the view of your Diary so you can see all available hours -> go to Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Diary Settings -> Start & End Time -> Save


1. Select the Employees option from the left hand navigation menu. as below. 



The employees screen will appear, similar to below: 



2. Click on the View button to look at their details. Scroll down to their Employee Schedule section. This is where you can set:


  • Days you are open or closed
  • Start time and end time for each day (ensure hours are valid)
  • If multiple locations are set up, you can choose your availability for each location


If you work from more than one location on the same day such as in clinic and online consultations, select both locations and create blocks in your diary to manage available time within that day.  



3. Click on the Save button in the top right hand corner to apply the changes.


Within your Diary, you can manually book in appointments during the greyed out times for a practitioner. The available times there as a guide, primarily for reception staff. The only time these times are enforced is through front end online booking.
