If a client hasn't received their booking confirmation email with the intake form, you can use the following steps to resend the message:


1) Diary

2) Click the appointment from the Diary

3) Select Resend Message from the top menu

4) Select OK

5) Click SAVE to leave the appointment screen


To manually send an intake form that doesn't have an appointment, follow the below steps to obtain the form link:


1) Go to Content

2) Click Forms

3) Click the blue view button on the form you would like to send

4) Click preview from the top left

5) Copy the URL from in the preview window

6) Open a new email to a client and paste the link
