You can record pathology or other test results for patients! This can be useful to record and compare test results to earlier or previous results. This feature is also useful for recording and tracking body measurements for weight loss clients!

You can define default tests to appear on ALL patient records, instructions on how to do so can be found here.

If you would like to define custom tests that are NOT in the list, instructions on how to do so can be found here.

Patients -> Select a patient record -> Tests -> Add New Tests -> + Add New -> Enter Test and result -> OK

Tests with multiple dates need to be added separately so they can be pulled into the summary handout as what you see above.

Set the date that the test was taken, and type in the results (just the result number, without the unit of measurement), and any comments if required (ie "high", "low" or your interpretation of the result).

Once you have added your tests, you can print a test summary JUST for that selected group of tests.

When accessing tests later, you can can find them under the Tests tab. You can edit test results by clicking view -> Click the result value field to change the result OR you can edit from the Treatment Note.

Within the Treatment Note, you can add new tests results and print a test summary. Printing a test summary from a treatment note will allow you to print a summary for ALL tests.

There is a sample video adding in tests to a patient record. For this example, we are showing you the process to adding in test results that have multiple dates. Tests with multiple dates need to be added separately so they can be pulled into the summary handout as what you see above.
